Discord, testers and rules

These are the general punishments of the Scrolls SMP tierlist, including which client modifications are allowed or banned during tier tests.

Low Severity (14 Days)

• Dodging your cooldown
• Picking a wrong region on purpose
• Abusing the map or arena
• Trying to test on an alt
• Getting involved in someone else's test

Medium Severity (30 Days)

• Testing on an alt
• Trying to boost someone
• Misusing tester or staff permissions
• Texture packs that give an advantage
• Planning to share an account

High Severity (60 Days)

• Boosting (throwing or carrying a test)
• Account sharing
• Obvious ping spoofing
• Faking or changing scores
• Disallowed mods (minor)

Permanent (Appealable After 6 Months)

• Any cheating - blatant or closet
• Being banned for cheating on a verified testing server
• Macros, auto clickers or other auto inputs
• Refusing a screenshare
• Changing knockback or your latency
• Disallowed mods (major) or private clients
• Selling accounts or tier services

Extra Rules

• Cheating of any kind is always permanent.
• Repeating the same offense stacks:

Low (14d) + Low (14d) = Medium (30d)
Medium (30d) + Medium (30d) = High (60d)

• Receiving 3 punishments leads to a permanent restriction.

✅ Allowed:

• Armor / potion HUD
• Health indicators
• Saturation HUD
• FPS optimizers (e.g. Sodium)
• Durability viewers
• Cosmetic texture packs that give no advantage

⛔ Banned:

• Hack / cheat clients
• X-ray or see-through texture packs
• Auto clickers and macros
• Mouse Tweaks
• Item Scroller
• Tweakeroo
• Auto totem / auto refill mods
• Snap Tap / null binds
• Aim or hit assist mods

This is not a complete list. Any mod that gives a competitive advantage can be banned and lead to a permanent punishment without warning. Not sure about a mod or pack? Ask a tierlist staff member.

• Use /appeal in this server to appeal a testing restriction. It opens a private ticket with staff.
• Temporary restrictions can be appealed at any time, permanent ones after 6 months. Blacklists cannot be appealed.
• Be honest and explain what happened. One open appeal at a time; after a denied appeal you can appeal again after 30 days.
• If your appeal is accepted you are Unrestricted in #punishments and can test again.
• A test that broke the rules (cheating, alting, boosting ...) is Invalidated: you get your previous tier back and the result no longer counts. Cheating always invalidates your latest result.

• If you report a player, evidence that is 6 months or older is usually not accepted.
• If you see someone breaking the tierlist rules, open a ticket in support to report them.
• If a player is punished, staff do not have to share the evidence against them.
